Interview or Conversation? Most Guests Get This Wrong

By Ubong Essien, CSP

An interview is structured.

A conversation is fluid.

They relax too much.

They over-share.

They lose positioning.

  • Protect your message.
  • Stay on key points.
  • Avoid wandering stories.

Conversational tone.
Strategic discipline.
